How we implement your success
7 steps to a successful implementation.
Smart onboarding
Together we make sure the onboarding is a success.
Weekly review
For this we hold a recurring weekly meeting met the implementation specialist.
Control from day one
Together we steer tightly on planning, progress and results.
Step 1: It all starts with an overview
Our implementation coordinator makes sure everything is ready for a smooth start. Based on the wishes and input from the pre-project phase, we set up the portal environment, align the initial settings and prepare all the necessary actions. Think of creating users, structuring customer environments and gathering the right permissions and templates. That way, at the kick-off you not only have the right people at the table, but also immediate access to the platform. No delays, just clarity, so we can get going purposefully straight away.

Everything set up correctly straight away based on your input
-
Access to a working portal from the kick-off
-

-

-
Ready to deliver results from day one
Step 2: Clear expectations, a solid foundation
The kick-off marks the official start of the partnership. Together with the ResalePartners Sales Manager, Implementation Coordinator and Development/Architect, we hand the project over from Business Development to Implementation - phase 1 of the agreement begins here. We state expectations clearly, map out exactly what we're going to solve and go through the meeting structure and approach step by step. Contacts, suppliers and data sources are inventoried and the project plan, including actions, is updated right away. After the meeting you receive access to the platform and we start billing. Everything is then ready to build towards results efficiently.

A clear kick-off with everyone involved at the table

Clear expectations and concrete objectives

Step 3: Data that works for you
In this phase we gather all the data needed to set up the platform properly. It starts with the basics: customer structures, contacts and user data. Next we collect information per supplier about the products and services purchased. Working with an indirect channel? Then we also include the data of your agents, resellers, wholesalers or ISPs for import. We also map out the full portfolio, including the desired setup, sales prices and rate plans. To keep things clear, we work in phases - for example per supplier or product group. We already agreed this phasing together during the kick-off. That way we build a solid foundation for your platform step by step.
-
A solid foundation with a complete customer and user structure
-
Insight into all suppliers and their services
-
A prepared setup of the full portfolio
-
Clear sales prices and rate plans in view
-
An organised, phased approach for overview and control
-
Ready to set up the platform smartly and scalably
Step 4: Setting up for control and ease
We set up the customer portals in a way that suits your organisation and your customers. Think of configuring user permissions for your team and end customers, applying your branding and deciding how invoices (online and offline) are presented. We start with the top 10 most complex customers: they often require the most customisation and currently involve the most manual work. By setting those up well first, the rest of the customer groups often becomes much simpler. In this phase we also start with test users within your organisation, so you can quickly experience how it works and adjust where needed.
-
Customer portals set up to measure, in your own branding
-
A smart permission structure for internal use and end customers
-
Invoices presented the way you want - online and offline
-
The top 10 complex customers automated first
-
Test users active to gain hands-on experience and adjust right away
-
Less manual work, more scalability from the start
Step 5: Everything tested, nothing left to chance
Testing has begun. During setup we already tested many components, but now we get to work together in practice in a shadow environment. Here we check that the billing is correct and the platform works as expected. As soon as the setup is finished according to plan, we run the first full shadow billing. We go through all settings step by step and check the output together. This is also the moment to explain how to run the purchase checks and make the most of the billing process. That way you'll be fully ready for go-live.
-
A real-world test in a safe shadow environment
-
First full shadow billing checked
-
Certainty that all settings and processes are correct
-
Guidance on purchase control and billing optimisation
-
Ready for a smooth and confident go-live
Step 6: Live with control and confidence
We close the first phase with an important milestone: the first 'real' invoice is sent and the end users get access to their customer portal. Everything is live. During the meeting we look ahead to phase 2 or 3 and agree which components will be activated next. If needed, we schedule them right away. That way we keep up the pace and keep building, step by step, towards smart automation and maximum control.
-
First live invoice sent successfully
-
End users have access to their customer portal
-
Platform fully operational and live
-
Clear agreements on next steps (phase 2 or 3)
-
Follow-up actions scheduled right away for continuity
-
Foundation laid for further automation and control
Step 7: Pushing on and embedding
The handover to the management organisation is both the completion of the project and the starting point of stable operation. We agree whether additional training is needed and explain how to submit wishes for our roadmap. In the final steering group meeting we officially close the project and hand over to support. Starting a new phase? Then we schedule another kick-off to clarify impact and expectations. Every phase follows the same proven structure - smart, clear and efficient.
-
Official handover to support and stable operation
-
Insight into additional training and roadmap wishes
-
Project completion in the final steering group meeting
-
A clear structure for any follow-up phases
-
Ready for sustainable growth and further development
