At ResalePartners we improve our platform continuously. Not only with new functionality such as Fuse AI, but also by making the day-to-day user experience smarter and simpler. That is why, from today, we are introducing the redesigned user interface for the ResalePortal.

MSPs, IT organisations and telecom companies work with a lot of data every day: customers, subscriptions, supplier information, usage and billing. A platform then has to be not only powerful, but also logical and pleasant to work with.

Built from real-world use

When developing the new interface, we looked at how people work with the portal every day. Which information do they look for often? Which screens do they use a lot? Where can it be faster, clearer and take fewer clicks?

The result is a more modern portal with more overview, a more logical layout and faster navigation to frequently used sections.

Ready for the next step

The redesigned interface also forms the foundation for the further development of the ResalePortal. New functionality, including Fuse AI, fits this environment better. That makes the platform not only clearer, but also smarter to use.
