When, after approval, costs need to be passed on to the customer, ResalePartners can retrieve that information from HaloPSA and add it to the invoice to the customer. This gives you one uniform process and invoice for your customer.

Show all open and closed tickets in ResalePartners

Customers can quickly and easily view tickets to check their status. They can also look back, search the results, and sort and filter by ticket number, subject, status and relevant dates such as when the ticket was created.
