From now on you only need to create customers in one place. Thanks to the Autotask integration, customers are created and updated in ResalePartners straight away. Where available, we also update the customer details in your accounting package right away.

Add costs from a ticket, project or support to the invoice

When costs need to be passed on to the customer after approval, ResalePartners can retrieve that information from Autotask and add it to the customer's invoice. This gives you one consistent process and a single invoice for your customer.

Show all open and closed tickets in ResalePartners

Customers can quickly and easily view tickets to check their status. They can also look back, search the results, and sort and filter by ticket number, subject, status and relevant dates such as when the ticket was created. Customers with questions about costs from, for example, a ticket can therefore look up the related communication straight away.
