You already have the data. Fuse AI Insight makes sure you act on it too.
The data is already there. Customer growth, product profitability, churn risk, upsell opportunities. Every month there is invoicing, processing and recording. The question is not whether you have it. The question is how much of that information you actively use to make decisions.
For most partners the answer is: too little. Not because the will is lacking, but because retrieving it costs time. Log in, filter, export, analyse. By the time you have answered the question, the moment has already passed.
In brief
- Questions in plain language about customers, margin, churn and opportunities, directly in the portal.
- No dashboard, no report, no export. You ask and you get an answer.
- From billing as an administrative process to billing as management information.
- No AI tool of your own needed. Fuse AI Insight works directly in the ResalePortal.
- Immediately available for all partners. The first 60 days free.

Every MSP and telecom reseller sits on a mountain of valuable data. Invoices, contract changes, usage, supplier prices, cancellations. It is all there. Yet in most organisations the most important decisions are still made on gut feeling, on the account manager's opinion or on an export someone made three weeks ago.
The problem is not your data, it is the distance to your data
The distance between a question and an answer determines whether the question is asked at all. If retrieving margin figures per service takes half a day, you ask it once a quarter. If it takes ten seconds, you ask it every week. That difference in frequency is the whole difference between accounting for the past and steering ahead.
In practice this creates a silent selection. Only questions important enough to spend a day on get asked. All other questions, which are often just as valuable, remain unasked. Nobody decides that consciously. It is a consequence of how reporting is set up.
As you grow, that gets worse. More customers means more lines, more suppliers and more changes. The data gets richer while accessibility decreases. Exactly at the moment you want to steer more, steering becomes more expensive.
What Fuse AI Insight does
Fuse AI Insight reverses that ratio. You ask your question in plain language, directly in the portal, and get an instant answer. No dashboard you have to set up first, no report someone has to build, no export you have to work on in a spreadsheet.
The answers come from your own billing and customer data. That matters, because that is where the truth about your business lies. A CRM tells you what you hope to sell. Your billing tells you what you actually deliver, at what price and with what margin. That data is by definition up to date because it is created anew every month.
The difference from classic business intelligence is that you do not first have to know what your question looks like. With a dashboard you decide in advance which charts you want to see. With Fuse AI Insight you decide in the moment what you want to know, including the follow-up question that only comes up once you see the first answer.
Expert insight
Reporting measures the past. Management information changes the present. The difference lies in the turnaround time of a question.
Most MSPs have got their billing in order over the past few years. That has changed the question. Until recently it was: how do we get our billing correct? From now on it is: what do we do with the data now that it is correct? That is not a technical question but a boardroom question. And the answer determines whether in two years you talk with your customer about what you deliver or about what you see happening at their end. The latter is the difference between supplier and partner.

The four questions that belong on the table every Monday morning
These are the questions the board and management team should ask themselves, but rarely do in practice because the answer takes too much effort.
- Which customers are at risk of churning? Declining usage, absent changes and shrinking contract lines are visible in your billing data before the cancellation arrives.
- Which services deliver the highest margin? Not your biggest revenue items but your best margins determine where your portfolio should go.
- Where are my cross- and upsell opportunities? Customers who take service A but not B, while comparable customers do.
- Which customers are structurally below your target margin? That is a pricing conversation, not an account problem.
None of these questions is new. What is new is that you can ask them the moment they come up instead of parking them until the quarterly report.
Why a dashboard does not solve this
Dashboards are not bad, they just solve a different problem. A dashboard is good at monitoring known indicators. It is bad at answering a question you had not thought of in advance.
On top of that, dashboards require maintenance. Every new service, every new supplier and every change in your portfolio means an adjustment. In a sector where the offering changes continuously, the reporting layer structurally lags behind reality. The result is that people start to distrust the dashboard and fall back on their own spreadsheets.
A language-driven layer does not have that problem, because the question adapts to the data instead of the other way around. You can read more about the underlying structure of reporting and process orchestration in the article on BI, AI and process control in MSP billing.
From administrative process to management information
This is the core of the shift. For years billing was seen as something that has to get done, preferably without errors and without noise. Once the process is reliable, the function of the data that comes out of it changes. What was accountability becomes steering.
You notice this in the kind of decisions that become possible. Backing portfolio choices with actual margins instead of supplier promises. Revising price agreements based on volume you can demonstrably deliver. Opening customer conversations with an observation instead of an offer. More about that movement can be found in billing as a steering tool for MSPs.
Important to note: AI signals, a human decides. Fuse AI Insight does not replace judgement. It shortens the path to the moment when you can form one.
What it means for your conversations with customers and suppliers
The most underestimated effect is not internal but external. An MSP that sits at the table with factual figures on usage, growth and returns has a different conversation than an MSP that brings a quote. Towards suppliers the same applies: whoever knows exactly what volume they deliver negotiates from a position instead of from hope.
Fuse AI Insight works directly in the ResalePortal, so you do not need an AI tool of your own to get started. If you want to connect your existing ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot to that same data, that is the step you take with Fuse AI Connector. Both are part of Fuse AI.

How reliable are the answers?
The answers come from your own billing and customer data in the platform. AI signals patterns, the decision stays with you. With every outcome you see what the answer is based on.
Can Fuse AI Insight predict churn?
It flags customers with an elevated risk based on patterns in your data, such as declining usage, absent changes and shrinking contract lines. It is a signal for follow-up, not a guarantee.
Does my data stay within my own environment?
Yes. Fuse AI Insight works within the controlled environment of the platform. ResalePartners is Kiwa ISO 27001 certified.
